*snuggles in home essence* aaah. i'm finally back home after about a month. and all i got to eat was pizza. ew. oh well. =)

i had a major shock when i came home--two-ply toilet paper! i forgot things like that exist! [during my last break at home, i was amazed by the colored designs on the toilet paper.] it felt almost too luxurious and hedonistic to use. but i did need to finish my business, so i put aside personal reservations and took one for the team. i think i'm mixing metaphors--too bad.

immediate plans: enroll in classes with a crappy 56K modem and SLEEP.

tomorrow i will trim this shaggy fuzz that is my hair and then go to one of those big wedding receptions. yes, a night full of greeting distant, distant relatives whom i wouldn't recognize on the street or haven't seen since i teethed.

oh god, i hope there's no karaoke.
