back from reno finally =) i just missed my family since they made it to northstar just as i got to davis this morning.

so i attempted to learn how to board on thursday at northstar...i can sum it up in one word: ow. paaaaiiiiin. it was uh...sorta fun i guess? =) i caused some people a scare when they couldn't find me though =\ i was just off taking my boarding lesson which didn't end until 4:00...i did run into chiung afterward though. such a coincidence! he couldn't find any of the friends he came with either, so we caught up a bit while we were waiting and then i slooooowly walked/boarded down the run back to the rental return since the line for the gondola was ridiculously long. we saw joanna huang on the way out too. we stayed at circus circus in four rooms, around eight people per room...rather cozy, i suppose you could say =) next day i just bummed around since my head was aching from my numerous near-concussions. watched dave and needing you dvd's on tim's laptop...gotta love that dave movie and needing you with sammi cheng and andy lau was pretty funny and cute...slightly odd, but cute =) (i want sammi's hair.) later, i won a little elephant in the midway...yay! ran into frank and di that night too...everyone was in reno! deb and jo went a litte hysterical afterward, but when everyone got back to the rooms, we tried to play a massive game of guesstures--girls against guys. had a bit of trouble with hotel security, but the girls were winning anyway of course ;-) left early the next morning for davis...thanks for driving, mike! the weather was pretty bad and his wipers weren't the best...sorta scary, but i was totally out since i didn't sleep much the night before.

so yeah...i got home this afternoon, and it was eerily quiet. my house is usually a zoo with amanda and brandon around. pony's water is changed at last...my thoughts are very scattered right now, sorry. uh...went up to danville, got jumped by dan's huge dog, bailey, saw oceans 11 with dave (since monsters inc. was a bust =P ). nice eyecandy O_o brad pitt and matt damon and george clooney were looking good. i think casey affleck is pretty cute in his own way too =) so many huge names in that movie...dave gave me my christmas present too...a cushion for my butt when i sit under my lofted bed at school and a throw to match! yay! my poor arse is saved. i slightly forgot his present at home though. whoops. man, i'm getting tired. and my tailbone is still bruised. g'night.
