weird situations are...weird. yes, i am an expert at stating the obvious. funny how perspectives can shift with one action. i think i've had my fun--it's time for parts of the old christina to come back. perhaps she had her head on a bit straighter, her priorities better set...let's see if i can do something right for once.

no matter how much i might hate the game, i can't escape it. maybe it exists because it works, maybe i just need to accept it and learn how to play by the rules. yay, conformity. unfortunately, i suspect i'm really bad at the game. =)

in any case, HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY TO CHER! not a teenager anymore. holy cow, we've known each other for 12 years now!

and happy holidays to you all. thanks to bea and p-momma tina and big bro jason for calling little ol' me. depressing how the "holiday spirit" mixed with bad weather causes temporary loneliness in single people. but with cool people who call me at times like these, everything's very bearable. just a warning to other singletons out there though...don't do anything desperate! =)
